Admissions Criteria
Your journey to KIS begins here. We are a selective, non-secular, college preparatory school that helps students succeed through a proven record of high quality teaching and student-centered wellbeing. Please review our eligibility requirements.
All students need to meet the eligibility criteria determined by the Korean Ministry of Education. KIS admissions decisions are based on an age-appropriate, holistic review of a student’s potential, academic history, and co-curricular activities.
Admissions decisions are offered on a rolling basis. Elementary and middle school students can enroll throughout the school year. High school students typically join KIS at the beginning of a semester. We encourage applicants to complete the application, all eligibility documentation and testing at least one month before the anticipated first day of school.
