Dear Parents and Students,
On behalf of the Admissions Office, I welcome your interest in Korea International School, a school that embraces academic excellence, diversity and the pursuit of a life enriched by an internationally informed education. Our school strives to create an environment in which students will be challenged academically and will have ample opportunities to cultivate talents in athletics and the arts.
Because we are a WASC-accredited international school with rigorous academic standards, we are highly selective when admitting new students. In addition to fulfilling the eligibility requirements for attending an international school in Korea, our students display a record of outstanding academic performance and extracurricular involvement. While we welcome all applications, we are only able to admit the most qualified candidates. If you believe that your child could excel at Korea International School, more information can be found by clicking on our application steps. You may also download documents required to complete your application and find information about the cost of attendance on the tuition and fees page. For answers to commonly asked questions, please view the FAQs page.
We accept applications on a rolling basis. In certain grades, our applicant pool will contain a larger number of well-qualified applicants than we can accept. When that situation arises, we will select the most outstanding individual students from that pool of applicants. The remaining students will then be offered to be placed on a waiting list. All admissions decisions are the result of an evaluation of the application as a whole.
Although we value each student who applies to Korea International School, the parents are ultimately responsible for ensuring that the required documents have been submitted and the application is complete.
For additional information, please contact the Admissions Office at 82-31-789-0505. You may also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Although we enjoy meeting with parents and families to discuss our school, campus visits must be scheduled 24 hours prior to the date of the appointment. Walk-in visits are not permitted.
